Earthquake Alert!
Omg, today was so cool and scary!
There I was at school listening to the boring teacher digressing about her life instead of teaching House on Mango Street. And then there came a knock on the door and then the sound of feet rushing away. I thought it was some dude playing a prank on us - you know, those ring the doorbell/knock the door thing and run off tricks - because the sound of the footsteps running was gone for like, a split second. Apparently, it wasn't. It was the start of an earthquake. Then suddenly, the whole classroom was shaking like crazy! And there was the sound of like a 1000 American football players weighing at least 85 kg stampeding across the campus and shaking it like crazy. OMG! It was so freaky!
Everyone was like, OMG IT'S AN EARTHQUAKE! GET DOWN, GET DOWN! And then they were all lying beside the tables and getting beside the chairs in case anything should crash and collapse. A girl even cried! She was so freaked out when her mama called she was like,
"MAMA, I WANNA GO HOME NOW! OMG, DID YOU FEEL THAT EARTHQUAKE? Mama, we're gonna die out here!"
"Don't worry, I'm coming Baby."
LoL, that was kinda funny. But man! I really don't wanna die just like that.
And the weird thing was, my teacher was like chillin' and doin' her thing on the table when all this happened. Like dude, isn't she scared!? Omg, she was like all, "Oh, y'all just taking it all too seriously." *in a semi-Texas accent*
"I've been through like, a fire, a tornado, a hurricane, a flood, and plenty of earthquakes and this is NOTHING."
It was a 5.4 earthquake can? People in Mexico felt it too!
"Y'all should know that everywhere in America has a disaster of some sort."
(Yeah, I know what you're thinking, why she so soi/suay one hor?)
WTH?
I wanna go back to M'sia! M'sia doesn't have any disasters as far as I'm concerned. Except for floods on CNY. Which is no big deal compared to earthquakes. You know what earthquakes can do to you?!

Yes, that second pic is a picture of a building totally BENDING over! And yes, it happened in California years ago! Ahhh!
