Tackling the Shelves

Kyaaaaa~! Massu is so cute!

Wahaha! I am so happy today and yesterday too. Why? 'Cause I finally learned how to search for books in the library! Yeah, go ahead and laugh or whatever. (I can sense Hana laughing at me saying, "Wth? I disown you as my sister!") But anyway, hooray for me! *Cheers*

I know it's like a small matter but I feel so proud of myself. It's not like I've never been to a library, okay. I'm not that "sua ba lau" or whatever u call it. It's just that you know how Malaysia has so little libraries that it would be a dumb idea to actually go to one. What's worse, the State Library is located so far away from town! Who on earth would be so "kut lat" to drive all the way there just to borrow a few books which you can easily borrow from a friend or buy them at a bookstore? It's no wonder Malaysians only read a page of a book annually. I don't blame them.

I mean, nowadays, almost all best-selling novels and storybooks are being made into movies. If you could choose between a movie and a book, which do you think is the better option? Reading a book might take days to finish (if u're really busy) while a movie only takes two hours at most. At the rate pirated DVD's are being sold (super cheap summore), it's no wonder everyone watches movies instead.

P.s. I Love You DVD - looks so romantic

The Novel is so thick. Walau~it's in fine print! *yawns*

Anyway, back to my amazing new experience! Thanks to the people who messed up my summer school schedule, I couldn't get the novels from the school's office as it was closed for the holidays. And so, I had to rush to the library like crazy to get the books, okay!

I was smart enough to search for the books I want with the library's search engine. And I was so lucky cuz the books are in the library! Oh ho ho ho, I thought to myself. So clever, no need to be dumb suku kias and search the racks like crazy for those two books. Then *wham*. It dawned upon me, so what if the books are on the shelves? The thing is WHICH SHELF were they on?

And so, I stood there like a ding-a-ling and just stared at the shelves. Don't scorn me, I bet if you were in that library, you'd have trouble finding what you want as well. It's huge, can!

Then, all of a sudden, I remembered how Hana used to search the shelves and how I ignorantly just stood there waiting for her without asking her how she knew where to find her books. In my utter desperation, I tried to recall what Hana did. Not long after, the "Hana" in me (it's something sisters share in their inner bonds) said, "Look at the shelves' labels, dummy!"

Man, even though it's all in my head, it still sounded like her. -_-" It's Hana speaking to me alright.

And so, I figure that all those "COW-GOW" or "THE-WOH" were not cows or the's. They were in fact the author's last name. ^_^" Hehe~ LoL, would you imagine a cow on the shelf? Mooo~!

What you find at the "COW-GOW" section

Then, the Massu fangirl found her books in no time, and went home happily ever after!

Inner "Hana" says, "Sweat, still don't know you."

I still love you though, Hana~! U owe me a blogskin! And thanks for helping me~ ^_^ (in mind at least)

p/s: Don't judge me. I support novels/books. I read P.S. I Love You to the very last page!
