Merry Christmas, Everyone!

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!

Haven't been blogging in a while...kinda lost the momentum some time back when I had all these exams.

Anyway, I'm back. So..hello~

First of all, Christmas in America is awesome! I love how they decorate their houses and front lawns with Christmas lights and all that.

My family decided to decorate our house too! And so, I decided to chip in..u know..have some fun. I did the Christmas tree! This year we actually had a REAL tree! REAL! Awesome~it's not easy choosing a real tree though. You gotta measure the height, trim it, shake it to see if the leaves fall (which means the tree is almost dying) etc. So yeah, my parents and I went out to check out Christmas trees and found this one! I like this one, it's fat and fluffy and cute. XD And then I went out to choose the ornaments. Tiring arh~ had to travel back and forth cuz with Christmas just around the corner, most of the ornaments and decorations are out of stock. LoL, we're last minute shoppers. Oh well, blame the exams!



I chose a 'Gold and Silver' Theme this year. Got fed up with the whole colorful theme. Nice nice?! U like? *Shakes reader till their heads bob up and down* Thought so. =D Knew u'd totally see it the way I do.

Anyway, back to the houses...



See how pretty this house is! I really love seeing people going all out to decorate their houses. Speaking of people going all out on Christmas decorations...check out MY house! Wait, I mean, MANSION!



TADA! Isn't it awesome? K lar, it's not mine (I wish it was). Click on the picture for a larger image! This house belongs to the Balian Ice Cream family. Just so you know, that house is abandoned -- no one lives there. So why bother decorating it? Cuz they are just so wealthy they want to rub it in. K, they're not (well, maybe...who knows?). It was their grandfather's dying wish that this house would be decorated and lit up with beautiful twinkling lights every Christmas season; and it was so. So, now everyone can come and enjoy the view of this aesthetic mansion. Yay! ^_^

Hannah and I pretending to own the mansion. I totally think I deserve a house as big as this XD. Hahah! Hmm...looking at the picture, I realize that I pose very guy-ish hor? See Hana and her bag...and me with the shove-hands-into-pocket-like-I-couldn't-care-less pose. Oh, but shock! I am wearing pink -- a girly color! =P Hmm, should consider posing more girly next time. XD What do you think?

Being asked to prom for the first time.

OMG SOME GUY ASK ME TO PROM WEI HOW HOW HOW?! I am asking you how how how not cuz I dunno how to tell him "yes". Rather, it's me not knowing if i wanna say "yes" or "no". And I have to tell him that by tomorrow! Omg, pressure much? I am asking you how how how cuz um, well, honestly, I would like to know what all the hype about prom is about but am not willing to pay for the price of the ticket. He on the other hand would pay for the ticket for me. =) BUT, I don't think I wanna go with him lah. I don't have to be with him the all night through though...still, I think I dunno anyone there, and I have another year to wait for prom. What makes you look forward to living each day?

"If you find the answer to this, you'll lead a meaningful and purposeful life." Or so I heard. I don't know for sure, since I haven't found the answer myself. What do I look forward to every morning I awaken? Seeing John's face and having breakfast with him. Finding an activity we can participate in together while having fun. Making food for the family (I currently live in a party house). Finding new recipes, trying them out, and being successful in the attempt. What would I do if I had endless supply of money and did not have to work another day of my life for income? I don't know. I like my shiny things. And shiny things to me usually means fancy food. I suppose I have interests in clothes and appearances, but I've survived long enough without that and found myself relatively happy.
