Sometimes, I just don't get teachers.
If you've read my Facebook status, then you probably know by now that I was super sick since last week. I also believe that Hannah is sick because of me. *shrugs*
Since I was sick last Thursday night, I decided not to go to school on Friday and Monday. Then, even though I wasn't well at all on Tuesday, I kepo-ly decided to go to school cuz I felt bad for missing so many days of school in a row -- and I totally regret it now because I didn't show up at school today, so now people think I'm just using my sickness to skip school as I please. Isssh, dumb decision. I should've thought more about it beforehand.
Speaking about not going to school on Friday...OMG, I TOTALLY DISLIKE MY PHYSICS TEACHER NOW. See, I had two tests on Friday, a Physics test and a Calculus test. Because I was sick, I decided that sleeping in would make me feel better that day, so I slept in. When I woke up however, I felt guilty for missing the Physics test (nerdishness kicking in) and decided that if I could at least take the Calculus test that day, it wouldn't be so bad to miss the first test. WRONG! When I went to school with the sole purpose of simply taking that Calculus test, so that my physics/calculus teacher (yes, he teaches both classes) didn't have to remake BOTH tests for me to make up on Monday, I got yelled at for skipping his Physics test. Oh yeah, btw, in case you're wondering what sickness I had, I had a sore throat (and I lost my voice), flu, and a headache. But anyway, I tried to explain to him the whole reason I came late, and why I "skipped" (" " cuz unintentional) his Physics test but I couldn't speak loud enough due to my sore throat. And, being an old man, he couldn't hear me.
Me: *whispering* "Mr.Davis, I lost my voice..."
He was like, "I can't hear you. Why can't you speak LOUDER?"
Um, cuz I LOST MY VOICE?! Darn it!
Me: *trying to make my voice more audible* "I lost my voice." *points to throat*
Couldn't he at least take the hint?
Him: "I CAN'T HEAR YOU. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHY DID YOU SHOW UP LATE?"
Me: "I told you, I am sick." (I think he only heard the word "sick". Him being half deaf and all)
Him: "You CAN'T miss a test UNLESS you're DEAD. You hear me? And NOW you're telling me that you were dead this morning, but somehow became miraculous alive and well to come to school now? You are not sick! I am NOT letting you make up my Physcis test."

Where the heck did HE get the idea that I'm WELL because I show up at school? Okay, FINE...me showing up suddenly MIGHT imply that I am well enough, but EVERYONE who saw me that day said I looked horrible, zombie-like, and unrecognizable that if they were me, they'd be at home and skipping the test. And who is he to say I am not sick? And HELLO~ he didn't even hear my reasoning. I was trying to REDUCE his work from remaking tests, and I get yelled at. Wth? I think he also thought that I was going to be there all day, so there would be a chance for me to ask his later physics class the test questions. As if I'm that low! I mean, I'm always doing well in physics. And as if I was going to stay! But he wouldn't know that 'cause he "couldn't hear me". Wth? Note to my physics teacher's sons, your dad needs a hearing aide this Christmas -PERIOD, you hear me? Or do you need some yourselves?
ARGGGH. Mad!

Oh, btw, GOOD NEWS! I'm going to Washington DC for Spring Break. WOOHOO! Pray that I get well and that I can get a camera so I can take pictures.
