End of my last undergrad fall quarter!
Whew! Been doing a lot of blogging in the past few days because I'm finally out for the holiday break. So grateful that I get almost a whole month of break this time round (last year UC only had 2 weeks of break, which was why I took the whole quarter off so I had more time to prep for wedding).
When the quarter had just begun, all of my classmates were harping about how they're so excited to start the last "first day of school" in their undergrad lives. Having faced many setbacks in school, I didn't chime in on it in case something that would push my graduation back happened again. Hahaha, that goes to show how many times I've been pushed off course that I lost faith. But guess what? I just turned in my application for graduation a little over a week ago!
:D :D :D :D
If all goes well (i.e. I get into all my waitlisted classes) this upcoming winter quarter, I'll be done with my undergraduate degree in Statistics!!! I never felt like this day would come so this all feels very surreal to me.
This wouldn't be the end of my academic career just yet, however. I decided I would continue with my Masters in statistics as well, since I have the GPA for it. I still feel super dope that I am this much closer to closing one chapter--getting my bachelors--in my life that felt like an eternity though.
And then in 2 days I'll turn 24, and after that it'll be Hannah's birthday, wedding anniversary, Christmas, and New Years. Let the month long celebration begin! Huzzah~
