When Caffeine Stops Working...

...because you are just THAT tired. Okay, if I tried coffee it *might* work. But tea is better for you, so I stuck to tea. The thing is, tea used to work really well on me. Yes, I was very caffeine sensitive because I was naturally a night owl, and didn't need much help keeping myself awake. Then again, could be due to me being younger and more energetic. Who knows?

Anyway, I started tracking my sleep using this awesome smart watch John got me on sale, called the Pebble Watch, and found out I average only 5 hours of sleep a night. And last night I stayed up till 2am doing practice exams, and then till 4am arguing with John about a bunch of things. I then woke up at 9am to go to a Data Science convention (which I will talk about in another post).

I've done it before, so I thought if I just got myself a boba tea, I'd be good for the day. Who would've thought the day would come where even after drinking a WHOLE cup of boba tea, I STILL fell asleep right after for 2 hours. I used to be one of those aliens who would stay wide awake all night from two sips of coffee or tea. Either my caffeine tolerance has increased, or I abused my body too much...or both. Probably the latter, since that could cause the former as a chain effect.

Anyway, got a 57% on the practice exam. T_____T So ded. That said, it was a 3 hour long exam and I took it at what, 11:30pm? Ya, so hiong, I know. Or maybe too naively ambitious? More like bad time management. hahahaha. (I am a total procrastinator)

I am debating if I should pull in another practice exam in the next hour and repeat the same "mistake"? I guess some people never learn. XD
